Processing Time & Shipping

 PROCESSING TIMES

Processing time is the time it takes to create your order. We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Once the gift has shipped, there will be additional days for the transit. The cart will provide you with an estimated date of arrival.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & TRANSIT TIME

USPS Ground is the most economical and takes about 5 business days to arrive. This option does not offer insurance or coverage on your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, USPS charges a fee for us to accept it. You will be responsible for this fee as well as the new label to reship it. The return fee and the new label will need to be paid before the returned order arrives. If it is not paid prior to the return, we will sadly have to refuse the package and it will be your responsibility to contact USPS and figure out the reshipping of the order.
* To avoid this, please make sure the shipping address is correct during checkout and pay attention to the transit of your order.

USPS Priority cost more than Ground but only takes 2-3 business to arrive. This option comes with $100 insurance and there is not a fee for us to accept the returned package. The only cost will be for the new label to reship the order, which can be paid after we receive the return.

USPS Express is the highest priced option and is guaranteed delivery within 1-2 days. This option comes with $100 insurance and there is not a fee for us to accept the returned package. The only cost will be for the new label to reship the order, which can be paid after we receive the return.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact USPS to discuss any shipping delays. Please allow extra shipping time during busy holiday seasons. 

 

RETURNS
